To the Theatre

10 of us went out to lunch at the Bella Italia, then onto the Everyman Theatre to see Felicity Kendal and Simon Callow in Chin Chin. The actors were very good, but the play was weak, too bad, as classy actors like that should have better scripts...

Monthly Lunch!

This month we were back at The Corner Cupboard on another wet and windy day. 12 had signed up, but 4 withdrew due to the start of winter colds etc. The food was hot and good, service good and the conversation flowed. Audrey recounted she was charged £70.00 at The Cats' Whiskers for a cut, wash and blow dry..we were all shocked at the price. After lunch we went back to Dorothy's for coffee and cake!
