February Lunch

We met for lunch yesterday at #5 North Street, and as usual the food didn't disappoint. Starting with marmite toast and delicious soup, we moved on to the speciality breads and starters to the main meal and dessert. Always a treat to eat here!

January lunch 2018!

This month just 4 of us met for lunch at the White Hart and we all agreed we should take it off the rota..again..the food was poor, badly cooked and unappetising..with indifferent service.
Lets hope we have a great meal at #5 North Street in February..

An Outing

'A Grand Day Out', in the words of Wallace and Gromit
Yesterday we went by coach to Bibury for a WI tea and a wander round the village. A pretty village spoiled for us by the number of very noisy Japanese tourists.
The tea was excellent and it celebrated the Bibury WI 100 years, Congratulations..

Monthly lunch

Lunch yesterday was held at the Wesley House. We were happy to eat our delicious food in the cooler area which has an A/C unit. There seems to be a change of chef as the menu was very different and the food excellent.
